Commercial Real Estate
Commercial real estate can be a tricky business. But the computer systems don't have to be. By integrating some new technologies we have been able to get these realtors out the door and making sales, not waiting around for their computers.
Charter 1 Commercial

When Charter 1 Commercial called us in to discuss the possibility of a network upgrade, we were excited for them. We knew that this new technology would assist them in keeping in touch more efficiently plus allow them to better serve their clients. The first phase was to get their internet switched over to a solid vendor, so we partnered with Sonicwall to provide C1C with reliable internet access as well as a sturdy foundation for the remote services they were going to be utilizing shortly.
The second phase was to bring in their new Dell server and get all of the computers configured and switched over. We first installed the server and got all of their computers connected as well as migrated to Outlook 2003. Next we installed and configured their customized ACT database to be shared on the network for all of the users. Now all of their files and data was centralized and backed up which was a main goal of this project.
Phase three involved setting up remote access for both dialin from home and mobile phone access. Instructions were emailed out to each user and everyone was able to work from home and get emails and other data on their handhelds. This has been one of the best features for their users who so often aren't in the office.

Maloney Mitchell and Denton

As MMD was branching out and growing, they called in the team at User Friendly to get an infrastructure that would help their productivity and remote offices.
The first phase that we were able to accomplish was to install a new Dell server for centralized storage and backups. This was also secured so that private files could be kept private. Their internet infrastructure was also upgraded at the same time to allow their office in Savannah to utilize this new equipment.
The second phase was for setting up the remote site. We were able to upgrade all of the PCs at their Savannah office and configure all computers for remote access. This allows them to share files and emails back and forth in a much more streamlined fashion.
The third phase was the installation and configuration for Windows Mobile access. With the agents on the go all of the time this was needed to boost productivity to where they wanted it. With some instructions and file downloads the Savannah office was able to configure their phones wirelesly to synchronize with the server, which also saved us a trip out.
